Welcome to the Trent Counselling Centre (TCC) !

If you need assistance in completing the following form, we recommend that you not complete the on-line form and instead come into the Counselling Centre office (BH 113) during regular office hours. Our staff will be happy to assist you.

This online registration is provided through a secure server. Once you complete and submit the online form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and will be asked to phone our office to schedule your first appointment. By submitting the following form, you are giving your consent to the transfer of your information over the internet via our secure server. Please note that complete security cannot be assured with internet communications.
